Perched on the tip of the Lingshan Peninsula in Nansha, Guangdong, China, the development is responsible for creating a gateway to a financial district earmarked for finance operations and e-commerce covering the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.

Our project includes a twin-grade A office tower and two high-quality serviced apartment blocks. The site is open to river frontage on three sides and occupies the most prominent site in the Nansha Pearl Bay Area. The design concept took the form of twin wings in full flight to celebrate the success and prosperity of the new business district. Connecting the twin towers at 100m above ground is a new public lounge that provides uninterrupted views of the surrounding area of Nansha.

The distinctive outline of the towers was designed using a large truss structure that supports a double-height space spanning over 60m and above a metro line beneath. The facade includes a specially designed curtain wall system that overlaps each floor to create the natural shading effect, resulting in a uniquely sustainable approach to low-energy design.
