Greater Bay Area (Guangzhou) Technology Finance Centre

The GTC project occupied an 46788㎡ site at Huangpu District in Guangzhou with favorable natural resources of river and Yushu Park. It is a mixed-use complex that efficiently incorporates various functions. It comprises two twin towers catering to the city's rapid development needs.

The design takes inspiration from a "cloud waterfall," abstracting the dynamic pouring down of clouds and integrating it into the architectural form. This creates a fluid facade image with clean and smooth lines.

The towers serve as both office headquarters and a five-star hotel. This design features a 9-story high atrium that allows natural light to shine during the day and provides a clear view of the beautiful surroundings. At night, the transparent and luminous super-high atrium uniquely enhances the skyline of Huangpu.

We improved the environment by constructing a multi-level communal space and introducing greenery around the central sunken plaza. This has led to the development of a permeable and transparent urban center. The fluid architectural shape naturally extends to the landscape, forming a natural and friendly public space, promoting communication and stimulating vitality.

The project features stainless steel rods and custom-made glass that reflect each other, creating a stunning effect reminiscent of flowing clouds and waterfalls. This unique combination of materials gives the project a futuristic feel and has made it a standout landmark in the city.
