Philosophical Thought Series is a group of sculptures with warning significance to arouse people's deep thinking. This series aims to call on people to focus on environmental protection and ecological balance through the artistic interpretation of the relationship between creatures of nature and human industrialization. Following a unique design concept, this series of works utilizes artistic techniques to reflect the subtle and deep connection between nature and human activities, making it not only a visible artistic creation but also an invisible expression of a sense of social responsibility and ethical concern.
Survival combines the gecko with an electric drill, an industrial icon, to shape a scenario: a drill impales the gecko's tail, implying the threat posed to other creatures by human industrialization. The gecko's act of breaking its tail to survive reminds us that we need to make bold and wise choices when facing challenges and warns us humans to pursue ecological balance in the process of development.
Knot features a giraffe with a knotted neck standing on a tree stump. It suggests that some animals lost their habitats due to deforestation through a self-harm giraffe, appealing to people to protect the environment.
Root takes the tree as the theme, carving a human hand uprooting a withered tree. It vividly reproduces how greatly humans take from nature causes severe ecological damage, urging people to attach great importance to ecological and environmental protection.
