Poly-YunChengZhenYue Mansion

The project, with "oriental aesthetics and modern style" as its core, is Poly's first "Yue Series" product in Hangzhou. The project is located in the south of Hangzhou West Railway Station, close to the Future Science and Technology City, with a land area of 37,053 sqm and a construction scale of 149,713.7 sqm. The whole demonstration area takes water as the main line, and takes the space layout method of Guozhuang's "Meditation Residence" as the inspiration prototype, and refines the living situation of "one garden and three churches", which gives the owners a sense of respect and ceremony of entering and leaving and a sense of spiritual aesthetics of being hidden in the city's mountains and waters. The architectural temperament of the project is extracted from the traditional oriental patterns and the intention of Jade cong tube, which is interpreted into a more floating sense of the top shape and simple and stretching texture of the façade, presenting a distinctive oriental rhythm and architectural expression.
