The project area is located to the southeast side of the intersection of Jinxiu Avenue and Jinzhai South Road, Feixi County, only 1.0 km away from the Emerald Lake, enjoying perfect surrounding supporting facilities and excellent landscape resources. There are three major LONGFOR communities built within 2.5km of the area.

The Emerald Lake is the key landscape resource around the project, and the Lakeside Hotel Hefei is also the inspiration source of this design. The hotel integrates the Hui-style decoration and style of modern state guesthouse, and extracts the elements of Han and Tang dynasties and Huizhou, realizing the integration of modern sense and Hui style and forming a unique modern Hui style.

The noble home-returning ritual order, the traditional symmetrical layout and the full-height exquisitely decorated columns create an urban hidden parlor. The street-side interface of the demonstration zone features a huge scale of about 81 meters wide and 7 meters high, enjoying a boundless vision and offering an ascendant super ritual experience.

The overall pattern is spread out in the way of "courtyard", and the spatial layout of "one axis three courtyards" is adopted. The project fully considers the requirements of privacy for modern residences, strives to create different artistic conception and atmosphere, creates a unique home-returning ritual order space of "three courtyards" of Longfor, and reproduces the charm of the State Guesthouse.

Based on the comparison and selection of the multiple schemes of the whole street interface landscape wall and details, the one with Hermes grey stone landscape wall as the main wall and supplemented with corrugated stone base is finally determined. The imitation bamboo glazed brick, a new material with Chinese style significance, is used to highlight the good meaning of rising and uprightness of bamboo, one of the Chinese "three gentlemen" of plants. The design breaks with the traditional way of laying the same stone for full height, and instead uses corrugated stone as the base of the Hermes grey stone, the segmented design brings precise proportions.
