The SUPIELD Aerogel-enhanced Dual-effect thermal underwear is a cutting-edge fusion of aerospace materials and advanced technology, incorporating aerogels and Warmmax fine denier fibres to provide superior warmth during the cold season. It has obtained both the invention patent for "aerogel composite fabric" (ZL 201810999393. X) and the new utility patent for "aerogel thermal underwear" (ZL 202020417324.6).

This innovative thermal underwear utilizes far-infrared heating technology, utilizing Warmmax ultra-fine fibres (only 9.82μm in diameter) to achieve exceptional insulation performance, surpassing that of cashmere (18-25μm). With an insulation rate of up to 35.7% (test report number: SH2311102MO), it effectively prevents heat loss and blocks the intrusion of cold air.

Strategic placement of aerogel in areas such as shoulders, knees, and belly provides enhanced protection against cold winds due to its superior insulating properties compared to air.

Its outstanding elasticity allows unrestricted movement during winter activities while also offering excellent moisture absorption, perspiration control, and anti-static function. Additionally, the breathable mesh design in the armpit, waist, and crotch areas ensures a comfortable wearing experience for users.
