The project is located in the port city of Ningbo. Based on the original building's own conditions, the design seeks memory points of space from the inherited Shanghai style culture and regional style, with "mansion style residence" as the core, creating a unique temperament exclusive to the project and a spatial experience with a sense of belonging, domain, and circle.

As a result, The overall spatial flow is organized to trace back to the grand occasion of cultural integration in the "Ten Li Yangchang", incorporating functional scenes such as orchid picking banquets, amusement parks, art salons, celebrity eggplants, theatrical wine parties, and imaginative gardens into the narrative of the space, and using this as a guide to run through the entire space, allowing people to immerse themselves in the situational service of Shanghai style cultural integration, deeply experience the emotional changes in the space, and awaken the emphasis on comfort and luxury of life with the spirit of Shanghai style.
