The site is in Hualien, where has a beautiful coastal landscape. The exterior of the project combines the characteristic building materials of Hualien to show the beauty of the locals. The interior design incorporates modern Eastern thinking to create a cozy residence. The project emphasizes the local characteristics of the old city. The concept of Tai Chi and local stone create an echoing appearance between the two buildings.

The interior design is modern and minimalist. Soft colors and curves are accented with malachite green to enhance sophistication. Large windows and natural lighting create an elegant and cozy atmosphere. Each floor is a unit, emphasizing comfort and privacy. Energy-saving design and natural air convection with eco-friendly materials and oriental design realize a practical yet oriental atmosphere.
