The project is located in the core area of Huicheng District, Huizhou City, and the planning is intended to build a "new high-end urban RBD" fashionable urban community integrating residential, commercial and entertainment services. The project is mainly composed of high-rise, ultra high-rise residential buildings, commercial complexes and other products. Residential towers include urban fashionable boutique apartments and some relocated houses. The commercial complexes supplement and upgrade the format of the completed Ganghui Xintiandi Shopping Mall. Vertical superposition strategy is adopted for residential and commercial buildings. And commercial buildings support residential towers in the form of podiums. Commercial roofs are also used as hanging gardens of high-rise residential towers. The project provides a convenient and comfortable living atmosphere for residents in Huicheng District for their daily leisure, shopping, entertainment and residence.

The facade color of residential tower abandons the traditional gray and white tones, and uses warm colors to depict the wall and decoration of the towers. A four-color collage technique is adopted for the partial gables to maximize the vitality of the project, making the color matching of residential towers and commercial podiums coordinated and complement each other. Single curved aluminum plate is used as the facade material of the tower wall, which depicts the horizontal lines of the facade, making the overall image more grand and simple. A curtain wall-like design is adopted for the balcony and bay window, which increases the proportion of glass in the facade and enhances the fashion sense and urban sense of the facade image.

The technique of public construction of the overall facade has established this project as a prominent urban habitat landmark in the area.
