Boundary Reversal as the Core
Located at the boundary between the residential area and the city, the project covers an area of 3281.84 square meters with a gross floor area of 2892.53 square meters. The design aims to break the traditional "self-enclosed" barrier of the residential entrance pavilion combined with the gate barrier, adopting the experience of a high-end resort hotel as the starting point. It integrates various formats such as art exhibitions, public facilities, and street-level commercial activities to create a vibrant core space that promotes interactions between the residential area and public activities.
Returning Home with a Resort-Style Experience
Based on the design concept of "letting every homeowner enjoy the dignity, elegance, and ceremony of a hotel-like experience," the design proceeds step by step from the city road, outward to inward, through the "drop-off plaza, entrance, front courtyard, community lobby, rear courtyard, and final return home." This four-step process of returning home is designed to make every step feel effortless and enjoyable.
White Arched Cluster
Drawing inspiration from the traditional Cantonese boats, the "arch" is abstracted as the motif for the facade. These arches, varying in size and height, form a cluster, resembling boats gathered on the waterfront at sunset. The exterior facade adopts a pure white palette to emphasize the morphological characteristics of the arches, creating different light and shadow effects at different times of the day. Whether bright or dim, it offers a romantic and mysterious spatial experience.
