The project is located in Chang'an District, Shijiazhuang City, China, with a planned site of 16.31 hectares, and is one of the first three-dimensional garden pilot projects in Shijiazhuang, China.



The project relies on advantageous resources, combined with three-dimensional garden concept, vertical greening into the building interior, each household enjoys a "sky courtyard", completely breaking the "ground floor only have a courtyard, the top side of the balcony" building model, "ground landscape + interlayer greening" landscape structure to create a multi-dimensional composite landscape system. The landscape structure of "ground landscape + inter-layer greening" creates a multi-dimensional composite landscape system. The unique design provides the owners with unprecedented living experience and visual effect of a family with a view and a home in the view, which satisfies the people's special complex for courtyard-style living and enjoys the pleasure of living surrounded by nature.



The house type breaks through the traditional layout of flat floor, with the dining room as the axis, the LDKG side hall and LDKG horizontal hall are set up on a staggered level, realizing the double-layered open-air living room and sky courtyard, improving the lighting and ventilation conditions, optimizing the space for outdoor and outdoor activities, and introducing the outdoor landscape into the interior to a greater extent, so as to create a diversified living scenario.
