Nestled in the heart of Tongzhou New District, the HEART AESTHESIS Demonstration Area seamlessly blends urban development with ecological harmony. It transcends traditional boundaries, seemingly floating above a lush expanse of greenery. Drawing inspiration from ocean waves, this design artfully incorporates the imagery of bubbles—formed by the collision and swirl of waves—into the landscape. The journey unfolds gracefully, guiding visitors from the entrance portal through a welcoming foyer into a spacious atrium, and culminating in the playful dance of leaping fountains in the garden. Each dwelling is crafted as an independent sanctuary graced with a private garden, merging fluid elegance with tranquility.

The forecourt greets visitors with a living garden, unfolding a scroll of natural harmony. The sequential walls, meticulously crafted from Yuman beige marble featuring gray finishes and fossilized shell textures, interlace with architectural outlines to create striking focal points. Underfoot, the undulating paving design varies in finish and texture, imbuing each stride with a rhythmic pulse. Spanish marble accents elegantly embellish architectural details, infusing a touch of refinement. Amidst this scene, verdant trees tower proudly, their foliage transitioning with the seasons to enhance the spatial narrative and enrich visual depth. Here, light and shadow play in concert the swaying canopies and the gentle whisper of water, guiding visitors toward an oasis sheltered from the city's hustle and bustle.

As visitors step into the main entrance, they are enveloped by the homely warmth, created by merging Diamond Blue marbles, starry ceilings, and azure ceramic tiles. In the atrium, lush greenery harmoniously merges with the indoor-outdoor window design, evoking the serenity of a tea house beneath the tree canopies. The pavilion-like pergola meanders through the verdant landscape, and the semi-transparent metal screens effortlessly transition views indoors, fostering a seamless dialogue between nature and the built environment. Progressing through the atrium, the garden comes alive with leaping fountains, further adorned by a patchwork floral arrangement. Playful spurts of water and artfully random stones balance tranquility and vitality. In this setting, rocks and trees compose a peaceful scene accompanied by the gentle whisper of streams, immersing visitors in their own journey.
