Xi'an GreenTown, Fengming Haitang

This project is the Xi'an Greentown Fengming Haitang Real Estate Living Hall, covering an area of approximately 3300 square meters. It is a large public space for leisure, book bar, tea room, gym, swimming pool, and children's playground for the owners of the property.

Xi'an, a city with great historical depth, is a witness to the cultural relics of the prosperous Tang Dynasty in China. The prosperous atmosphere of openness, inclusiveness, exchange and mutual learning during the Han and Tang dynasties has always been praised as a secluded place by the world.

In the overall design strategy of the project, the designer pays homage to the tradition, observes integrity and innovates, draws design inspiration from the traditional buildings of the Tang Dynasty, such as arch of wooden architecture, crabapple pattern, palace lantern, Tang tri color and shadow play, and restores the authenticity with artistic techniques to create natural artifacts. Combining with the oriental aesthetics, the designer hides the pure beauty of nature in the daily life and environment.

In Jia Dan's "Hundred Flowers Handbook" during the Tang Dynasty, he praised crabapple as a "fairy among flowers", and it was also known as "national beauty". The artistic installations in the center of the entrance hall, as well as the large area of carpets on the ground of the rest area, are everywhere filled with ingenious ideas inspired by crabapple flowers. They cleverly blend the beauty of nature with modern art, adding a unique charm to the entire indoor space.

In addition, we use effective color devices to catch a glimpse of certain viewpoints and hide surprises between differences. For example, in the swimming pool and children's play area, you can clearly see the difference between the two color schemes. The green color of the swimming pool represents the comfort of expressing emotions in the mountains, waters, and countryside, as well as the fusion of human and nature; The yellow in the children's play area represents sunshine, happiness, wisdom, hope, and creativity.
