The design concept of this product is to combine exercise with environmental protection, pushing the integration of environmental principles and functionality to the extreme. It is primarily used for physical exercise while utilizing its structure and materials as containers and nutrients for plant growth. In terms of material selection, we extensively use biodegradable and non-polluting materials, such as PLA which naturally degrades into water and carbon dioxide. Fillers like soil and sand are also chosen. Users can embed seeds inside the dumbbell plates and the base, allowing them to witness the plants bloom in the future.
Minimalist design: The design of the square weight plates is sleek and elegant, aligning with the minimalist design philosophy by avoiding excessive ornamentation and emphasizing the perfect blend of form and function.
Color palette: The color scheme of black, gray, and orange is employed to exude a sense of high-end fashion through the combination of black and gray, while orange serves not only as a functional indicator but also adds vibrancy, enhancing brand recognition.
Semi-transparent design: The semi-transparent design of the weight plates presents a multi-layered visual effect, showcasing the essence of design aesthetics.
Innovative Concept: Transforming the product not only into an exercise tool but also into an ideal environment for plant growth embodies innovative ideas and the integration of green living principles.
Unique Adjustment Mechanism Design: Incorporating an innovative built-in adjustment mechanism effectively reduces the need for complex external structures, making the product simpler and easier to use.
Pin Design: By simplifying the usage process, the issue of dumbbell plates easily shaking has been successfully resolved, simultaneously enhancing the safety and aesthetic appeal of the product.
Materials such as metal sheets and pipes are selected, and they are shaped using processes like laser cutting and embossing. Subsequently, parts are securely combined through welding processes. Finally, a common coating technique, electrostatic spraying, is utilized for surface treatment.
The dumbbell plate assembly is manufactured using injection-molded shells and natural high-density fillers, while the main body of the plates can also be made from natural materials.
