Nestled in the heart of Qingpu, Taoyuan, lies a small yet exquisite residential site that promises an international living experience. Surrounded by famous luxury houses and sprawling residential areas, the site owner envisioned creating a boutique residence that would seamlessly integrate with the luxurious ambiance of its surroundings. The designer took inspiration from refined and luxurious spatial designs to create a perfect blend of sophistication and elegance. The team added sweeping curves and large-area windows to allow the greenery and natural light to flow seamlessly into the interior, creating an enchanting atmosphere where residents can unwind and relax in style. The result is a harmonious blend of luxury, nature, and modern living, making this boutique residence a haven of tranquility and sophistication.



The designer of the building took into account the surplus of empty and awkward spaces within the building and decided to incorporate large floor-to-ceiling windows and curved lines to improve interior lighting and the smooth flow of the space. Upon entering the lobby, one will find a small yet fully equipped public space. The designer has added a reading area to enhance the casual atmosphere of the space. From the outside, it looks more like a modern café. Moreover, on one side of the wall, a built-in sofa area has been planned with a wooden backboard to enhance the texture of the space. Further inside, there is an independent multi-functional room that can be used for community meetings, socializing, and office work. Moving towards the lounge, one will find green-colored sofas that complement the natural scenery outside and at the same time add a fresh and green feeling to the interior hall. To ensure the safety of the residents, a reception desk has been set up at the back of the lounge to manage the entry and exit of non-residents and to maintain the security of the residence.
