The project site is located in Xiaoshan Economic Development Zone (Shibei) Area in Hangzhou, China. It is closely adjacent to Qianjiang Century City on the north side and surrounded by highly mature areas such as Century City and Binjiang District Government, enabling it to share high-level urban amenities.

Among the urban population in China, nearly 40.4% of people aspire to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and long for the cleanliness and tranquility of nature. Their desire for "opening the curtains to embrace the verdant hills" has long surpassed their curiosity for towering skyscrapers.
