This case involves the renovation of an old house into a residential property, with an indoor area of approximately 88 square meters.

Given the diverse storage needs of property owners, the storage capacity is perfectly integrated with modern aesthetics. By connecting black, gray, white, and wood tones, a well-organized and neat arrangement of lines and color blocks is outlined between the grounded and suspended displays of storage units. The design also incorporates the natural light and shadows of the changing seasons to create a modern and minimalist visual depth.

In the design, the use of the architectural space's beams and columns is utilized to advance and retreat, suspending storage cabinets at the entrance, cleverly resolving the heavy feeling of the beams and columns. At the same time, by using the lines of the volume, it extends smoothly into the dining area. The clear water mold-colored cabinets at the end extend upwards, crossing the height of the beams and columns, opening up the visual space, integrating functional needs with design aesthetics.

In order to create a comfortable and cozy living space, the master bedroom is furnished with wooden tones extending from the floor to the vertical volume, breaking through the limits of beams and columns to embrace the space. The wall behind the bed is painted in grey to echo the theme of the public area walls. Through a harmonious and clean color scheme, dark tones are used to accentuate the cabinets and tabletops, allowing the homeowner to relax and settle in the modern and minimalist warm space, experiencing the unique atmosphere of the private domain for rest.
