The design concept of the Southern Zhejiang Produce E-commerce Trade Center is derived from the enchanting contours of the mountains in Yongjia County. The architecture resembles mountains that grow naturally, harmonizing with the captivating scenery of the Nanxi River. By seamlessly integrating with the surrounding landscape, it creates a three-dimensional picturesque environment nestled within mountains and rivers, allowing visitors to engage with the profound cultural significance and natural beauty.
In terms of technology, we've introduced a smart park management platform to achieve the seamless integration of multiple subsystems, including video surveillance, perimeter alarms, personnel access, and parking lot management, significantly improving management efficiency and security. Moreover, with ecology and sustainability in mind, we've leveraged 5G, big data, and other cutting-edge technologies to enable digitalized and intelligent operation.
The facade is characterized by glass curtain walls and bamboo-patterned fair-faced concrete, demonstrating the stylish and modern architectural language and the green and eco-friendly design concept. The terraced structure results in a multi-layered, three-dimensional greenland, creating a harmonious dialogue with the natural environment. We've curated every detail of the architecture to satisfy different functional needs and ensure a comfortable experience.
Our project is not only a commercial hub but also a platform for cultural exchange. It promotes the e-commerce trade of local agricultural products and serves as a platform for residents and visitors to rest and enjoy, immersing them in the mesmerizing landscape of mountains and rivers in Yongjia County.
