The project is located in Kakeiqiao, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. As Huafa's boutique project in Hangzhou, we put forward the slogan "Resonate with Hangzhou, Talk about Kakeiqiao", integrating the heritage of Hangzhou City into the design, attracting new Hangzhou residents to settle here, creating a new urban resort community, and attracting people to step into the centre with the fashionable neighbourhood. Mirrored borderless water features create a luxurious experience, an immersive sunken clubhouse provides a natural moringa-like aerobic space, and multiple landscaped spaces combine with the functional needs of the site to create a high-net-worth product and enhance overall competitiveness.
