The quality of coffee beans is greatly influenced by the conditions in which they are stored. Factors such as humidity, light, and air pressure directly impact the flavour and aroma of the beans once they are ground and brewed. Therefore, it's crucial to store coffee beans away from light, maintain 60-70% humidity, and use sealed containers. Addressing this concern, this novel coffee bean storage canister integrates a humidity monitoring meter, dual-layer structure, and one-way air vent valve, providing appropriate storage conditions, ensuring prolonged preservation of coffee beans, and facilitating bean ageing. These designs facilitate users brewing high-quality coffee with well-stored beans anytime.
The product is equipped with a humidity monitoring meter to detect the storage environment's humidity in real-time. It lets users promptly adjust the canister's placement according to their specific requirements, ensuring prolonged shelf life under the best storage conditions. Users can utilize the date recording disc on the top of the canister to note the date of canning or roasting the beans. With the metal bulletin board, users can document the information on the coffee beans stored, facilitating a visual assessment of the coffee beans' freshness at a later stage.
In terms of structure, the canister features a unique dual-layer structure design, with a durable ABS shell and a corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant SUS304 inner liner. These features not only effectively safeguard the canister's contents but also minimize heat conduction, thereby significantly enhancing insulation performance to maintain stable internal temperatures. The one-way air vent valve can expel the carbon dioxide produced during coffee bean roasting, complemented by a double-sealed design with a buckle, preventing the entry of external gases and air factors from affecting the flavour of the coffee beans.
