CITY CROSSING·RUNFU

CITY CROSSING·RUNFU is created by China's top central enterprise China Resources Land Development, and is committed to becoming a new benchmark project for Shanghai's future city. This case is an important supporting facility of the whole project - a constant temperature swimming pool clubhouse, with a construction area of about 1500 square meters and a floor height of about 4.5 meters. The design continues the international Shanghai style, covering three major functions of reception, fitness and swimming. In the spatial planning, the first C-shaped layout and the unique sunken courtyard are created, incorporating natural landscapes into it, so that the returning homeowners can enjoy fitness and the rhythm of life in the green.
