The homeowner demanded a vacation home so they could stay in a tranquil space in their free time and recover from stressful work. Therefore, the designer collaborated with their favorite neutral colors and presented incredible comfort in the most minimalist approaches. Refreshingly, the project contributes to a transparent sight by welcoming natural light against partitions and integrating functional units behind the façade. The pristine and warm vacation home achieves the brilliant prospect of a family of five members.



Benefiting from a large format, renovating the new construction home eliminates most partition walls and invites adequate natural light, achieving unrestrained moving flows. The design focuses on “spaciousness” and organizes the façade, columns, and cabinetry, fulfilling the family members’ needs with tactile textures. As a result, all the visitors were amazed by the sufficient storage without heavy mass weight. A crisp and airy atmosphere strikingly unfolds.



The home lady aspired to a pale hue but worried about maintenance, while the master hoped for a stylish gray tone rather than the coolness made by a white palette. Therefore, the designer integrated their respective preferences and determined creamy white plus some grayish touches as the dominant color scheme, which enlarges the visual image with exquisite paint layering. Set off by the neutral backdrop, the eye-catching furnishings express a compelling sense of design.



A home is human-oriented and designated for people. In response to time-proof approaches, it must be Eco-friendly with practical functions. We primarily opt for low-formaldehyde building materials and introduce natural air and light to enhance high-quality living and wellness in hectic worlds.
