The current situation of the plot is a fusion of multiple types of land, among which the most commercially valuable exhibition area is tightly wrapped by parks and green spaces and isolated from urban roads. At the beginning of the design, we proposed the strategy of fully utilizing urban green spaces to create a unified landscape, which also posed a challenge for landscape design. Urban green spaces need to meet a 70% green space ratio, which is a significant constraint for design. Is it a park or a square? How to grasp the quality in the green base and meet the needs of commercial space?

We propose the design concept of "Urban Micro Vacation - Creating Boundless Shopping Parks" from the perspective of reshaping urban public spaces, promoting communication among citizens with high-quality spaces, and increasing urban temperature, and respond to the above thoughts with three major strategies:

1. Utilize the height difference of the venue to create an urban grandstand (sunken park) that faces the commercial area;

2. Create multifunctional composite lawns centered around commercial operations;

3. Simple planting, creating a commercial "hard" style, avoiding excessive ecologicalization and parkification.



We regard commerce as an extension of urban living space, combining various leisure activities of citizens with commercial operations through scheme design, and injecting more vitality and richness into the city through spatial shaping. Created an artistic and comfortable shared space in a city filled with giant blocks, and created a leisure "time oasis" in the fast-paced city, making it a natural oxygen bar in reinforced concrete cities and a spiritual habitat in busy urban life.
