China Overseas Yongding Jiuli is situated at the foot of the western mountains in Fengtai District, Beijing, adjacent to Xinzhuang Park. It boasts typical shallow mountainous landforms and enjoys the benefits of a natural oxygen bar.



The project is a resort residence featuring the themes of "migrating through shallow mountains and wandering in a picturesque realm." With the core values of "oriental, natural, relaxed, and exquisite," it draws inspiration from mountains, forests, springs, and stones, nestling itself amidst a poetic landscape akin to a painted scroll. This allows the mountain vistas to intertwine with the architecture, offering an immersive resort lifestyle that blends seamlessly into the city yet remains unbounded by the mountains.



Based on the unique attributes of terrace landscapes, the project has designed a three-dimensional migratory garden tour route that utilizes the relationship between elevation differences. It employs the techniques of "a picture within a picture" and "a scene within a scene" to create an urban community enveloped in lush greenery.



The secret garden's spatial layout is well-structured with distinct layers, connecting various themed landscapes in a seamless manner. The Flying Rainbow Bridge, towering walls with cascading waterfalls, and the Jade Inkstone Forest Spring offer a picturesque experience of the shallow mountain landscapes.
