It is located in the core area of Jiangchuan East Road, Minhang District, Shanghai. The designer integrated the natural elements of the Huangpu River and reshaped the modernity and elegance of Shanghai culture with contemporary design aesthetics, creating a new urban imprint.
The mirrored ceiling in the lobby gives the space an ultra-high visual effect, and the dark green luxury stone background wall is embellished. The architectural framework of Shikumen is integrated into the space, and the arcade surrounds the reception area in a three-dimensional manner. The spatial blocks are divided by different material proportions and color zoning. The elegant space is outlined with simple and elegant design language and flowing artistic texture. The selected stone designs use a special treatment method called “gradient etching process” to explore new aspects of stone materials and structures.
The overall model area is reshaped with a three-dimensional structure, where the repetitive stacking of simple geometric elements becomes the base map and the white panels become the protagonists of the space. The sophisticated triangular grid design creates a translucent block that covers the entire space and contrasts with the stone mosaic on the ground. Here, three-dimensional structures are interlaced and extended, and various material textures are interwoven and integrated.
The negotiation area is located along the large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, forming a freely connected and relatively private negotiation space. The warm marble material continues in it, and the unique, exquisite technique and composition skills of beautiful lines create a special light and shadow effect.
The stone is subtly blended with decorative wooden shelves, while soft lighting and elaborate metal detailing accentuate the modern style. The craft pattern and wooden grille enhance the overall artistic atmosphere. It is also carefully designed into a hollow lattice of wood and stone.
The designers have incorporated the charm and temperament of the Shanghai style into it, integrating the eclectic cultural heritage into the ceremonial sense of the scene and renewing the unique spirit.
