Daybreak

The design of the "Daybreak" villa is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and consists of five floors: basement, mezzanine, first floor, second floor, and third floor. Each carries different functional and emotional aspects of daily living.



The basement, serving as the main entrance area, offers a spacious parking zone and showcases a thoughtful blend of practicality and aesthetics through its meticulously planned foyer layout. Upon entry, a floor-to-ceiling shoe cabinet meets everyday storage needs, while a uniquely designed piano-key coat rack adds a touch of flair to the space, complemented by a convenient shoe bench at its base. To combat moisture, most of the cabinetry in the basement is suspended, reflecting attention to detail at every turn.



Moving deeper into the basement, the entertainment area and bar immediately catch the eye. To address height limitations, the designer employed mirrored ceiling techniques, cleverly expanding the sense of space. Above the billiard table, a 20-square-meter mirrored section stands as a testament to meticulous craftsmanship. To the east lies a double-height reception area, where a light well on the south side, coupled with the platform below, forms a dynamic climbing wall—creating a space for family members to explore together, transforming the home into a place of emotional connection, not just a dwelling.



The mezzanine features a dedicated music learning zone, enclosed by a semi-transparent glass partition. This design ensures privacy while allowing the melodious sound of the piano to flow naturally into the lofty reception area, creating a harmonious atmosphere that strengthens the family bond.



Every element of the design is aimed at fostering a warm, harmonious living environment, making "Daybreak" not just a house, but a true dream home.
