This project is jointly developed by LC FINE VIEW&LANDSEA. Adhering to Langshi's green development and people-oriented design philosophy of building houses for people, it combines the excellent location in the old city to create a modern, green, technological, and fashionable high-end residential community as a benchmark for Liangxi District.
The planning takes into account the characteristics of the site and adopts a south-low north-high, all-south, all-point layout, enclosing the internal garden landscape to ensure that every household has a good view. The community landscape creates one center and one ring, six functional social spaces, emphasizing the hotel-style hidden luxury style, creating a small and exquisite spatial hierarchy, shaping the project's exclusive temperament, and enhancing the style, detail, and technology elements. The architectural facade adopts a modern technology-oriented industrial style, with a uniform commercial building facade, emphasizing horizontal lines and complemented by curved aluminum frame bodies to enhance the project's recognizability and sense of nobility.
