The Kocotree Sun Protective Swimsuit is armed with an innovative KK raw yarn system to inherently possess exceptional sun protective, antibacterial, chlorine resistant, and other properties without functional chemical additives, providing children with a friendly and safe sunscreen swimsuit.
Its yarn uses titanium-dioxide light factor to become inherently UV-resistant. After 1,000 washes, its UPF value remains 158+, which can block 97% of UV rays whether it's wet or dry to protect children's delicate skin. Together with the split design of the long sleeves and pants, the swimsuit offers comprehensive protection. We've utilized broadband photon irradiation to change the yarn's molecular structure to form a super-antibacterial barrier, achieve a long-lasting and stable antibacterial effect (7A bacterial resistance after 1,000 soaks), effectively reduce the adherence of three types of harmful bacteria, and protect children's health.
The raw yarn is salt and chlorine resistant and retains a vertical stretch elastic recovery rate of 74.9% and a horizontal stretch elastic recovery rate of 88.4% after 1,000 soaks. This, combined with the stretch fiber fabric, ensures consistent elasticity, comfort, and freedom of movement. Moreover, the stitches have undergone a four-needle, six-thread technique to secure a highly elastic, flat, high-strength stitching effect that reduces chafing on the body and provides a soft and smooth feel.
The swimsuit also has a food-grade ABS whistle for children to call their parents in an emergency for quicker positioning, preventing the occurrence of dangerous situations.
