Silver Mirror Glass

The design inspiration of the "Silver Mirror" glass comes from the traditional glass liner of the thermos pot, aiming to provide a more durable desktop cup insulation drinking experience for beverage lovers.

Open-top tabletop cups are widely used due to their convenient use and cleanliness. People have always had a need for cold and hot drinks, but due to the characteristics of tabletop cups, drinks can quickly return to normal temperature. In order to provide a more comfortable and convenient tabletop drinking experience, we have developed the "Silver Mirror" glass cup.



Based on the double-layer glass cup, we have developed a new process. Unlike the traditional silver solution infusion evaporation process for the inner lining of glass thermos flasks, we have innovatively developed a process of spraying silver (copper) on one side of the glass sandwich and filling it with inert gas argon. The silver (copper) metal layer has the effect of reflecting thermal radiation, and argon is a commonly used filling gas in insulating glass, which has strong insulation and reduces heat conduction. It can make the desktop cup keep the drink at an ideal drinking temperature for a longer period of time, thus enhancing the user's drinking experience. Visually, the process of spraying silver on one side with argon allows users to see the smooth silver (copper) layer on the inside through the glass, adding more possibilities for free styling. Argon protects the metal silver (copper) from oxidation and keeps it bright and shiny like a mirror.



The "Silver Mirror" glass cup enhances the heat preservation on the basis of the most common open-topped table glass, while retaining its easy-to-use and convenient features, allowing people to enjoy cold and hot drinks more comfortably.
