In the hustle and bustle of the city, we seek a tranquil and serene place; here, aquatic life thrives, the essence of petrification is revealed, forests hold the passage of time, and lakes accompany the heart. Naturalistic Mansion, in a light, ethereal, and meandering manner, connects contemporary quality life, presenting a habitat where the city and nature coexist harmoniously.



The project is situated within the central district of Guangzhou. With its inherent high-end location attributes and the natural backdrop of mountains, lakes, and forests, Yuexiu Property adopts the POD development model oriented towards urban parks. Focused on the planning framework of two lakes and a valley, alongside the lakeside living circle, it creates low-density, lakeside eco-friendly luxury homes—Naturalistic Mansion."



Naturalistic Mansion is not only the project exhibition hall, but also the window for the release of the Tianhe area, bearing the ideal of coexistence of nature and prosperity in lakeside living. Therefore, how to integrate landscape and location value, and redefine a new naturalism, is the important proposition of this case.

This project uses the design method of introduction, development, transition and conclusion to allow the spatial quadrant to follow the natural life step by step, interpreting a new relationship between nature and human habitation.The Naturalistic Mansion, constructs a beautiful haven within an Eastern context, fostering harmonious coexistence with nature. It allows people to perceive the beauty of mountains and lakes amidst the bustling city, experience high-quality living, and rejuvenate the sustainable livability of the city.
