The Dope dyeing Plush leggings, specially designed for autumn and winter seasons, integrates excellent heat retention, high safety and good comfort, aiming to bring users unprecedented wearing enjoyment.
This product adopts the advanced dope dyeing process, which thoroughly subverts traditional dyeing methods. The process enables fibers and pigments to be directly combined in the molten state, with no water involved throughout, which reduces environmental pollution at the source (significant reduction of sewage and energy consumption), reflecting the concept of environmental protection; meanwhile, it allows for superior color fastness to avoid fading fabrics even after they are boiled in water, while the close combination of fibers and pigments prevents pigments from being separated out, ensuring skin-friendliness for reduced allergenic risks. Moreover, the process retains the original properties (softness, smoothness, etc.) of fibers, and can incorporate diverse features (antibacterial, flame retardant, anti-static, luminous, etc.) to make possible fabrics with outstanding performance in aging resistance and UV resistance.
This product is specially equipped with far infrared heating technology to effectively capture and store the heat (up to 31.9%) emitted by the human body, which is then returned to the human body by far infrared radiation to achieve a natural temperature rise of about 1.9℃, whereby to offer users long-lasting warmth and comfort in cold weather. Traditional thick leggings on the market are two pieces of fabric stuck together, which let users down due to their low elasticity, ill-fitting design, excessive tightness and poor breathability. Considering that, the product utilizes innovative integrated molding technology to provide a skin-friendly, breathable and comfortable wearing experience, which is an ideal warm choice for modern users pursuing high-quality life.
