Suzhou SCSUN Smart World Industrial Park is located in the Jinji Lake Central Business District. It plans to cater to various mobility technologies, including traditional fuel vehicles, new energy vehicles, and low-altitude aircraft, creating an all-encompassing smart mobility theme park that integrates display, sales, delivery, and maintenance services. The project covers approximately 51,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 114,000 square meters, and is a mixed-use architecture combining shopping mall, R&D, office, and factory spaces.

As the first high-end automotive enterprise cluster in Suzhou, the project is divided into a front-end commercial exhibition center and a rear-end spray painting service center and delivery center. It aims to provide diverse application scenarios and differentiated service experiences for brand manufacturers and consumers, establishing itself as a new-generation smart mobility landmark in Suzhou.

The project is designed as an Ecological Smart Valley for new energy vehicles. For the irregularly shaped site, the buildings form an L-shaped layout along the main display frontage. The ground floor and platform level create dual-level automotive 4S stores, with ramp access to the platform level. Nine 4S stores are connected by corridors and a distinctive metal roof, forming a cohesive whole. Inside, a four-story spray painting workshops and parking garages provide services for vehicle repair and new car storage. The rooftop features photovoltaic solar panels and green plants, highlighting the unique characteristics while echoing the new energy theme.

The facade design adopts simple modern technology lines, reflecting the undulating eaves of Canal Town in Southern China. Through variations and combinations of colors and materials, it shapes the image of an international first-class new energy vehicle industry innovation cluster. This project brings innovative opportunities and collaborative exchanges to Suzhou and its surrounding areas, becoming a new commercial landmark and a flagship for the automotive industry.
