One Sino Park

Located in Beijing, China, with a total area of 48,382.62 square meters, the project is situated in the royal garden belt named “Three Hills and Five Gardens” and is close to the Xishan National Forest Park. Based on the natural conditions of the site, the design is deeply rooted in oriental culture and the context of Fragrant Hills, exploring the paradigm of the new China-chic human habitat from the three aspects of culture, society and ecology to construct an ideal habitation that is rich in modern aesthetics and spiritual resonance.
The design integrates the spirit of the Orient into contemporary spatial design, the garden with a geometric composition form integrates the aesthetics of the East and the West which expresses the contemporary Oriental context to reshape the ideal of a new landscape life. The design provides in-depth insights into the multi-dimensional needs of the residents. It builds an all-age friendly community, creating a living area that focuses on the participation experience of residents integrating safe and pleasant, convenient and comfortable, humanistic care, and social interaction. Based on respecting the natural ecology and sustainable development, the design continues the ecological lineage of the garden belt and incorporates landscape into the living garden to create a pleasant, healthy and sustainable living environment.
One Sino Park interprets the Oriental spiritual essence and perfectly integrates it with the contemporary ideals of human habitation, redefining the new mode of habitation with the new China-chic style in the future.
