Detong City Peak Mansion, Xi'an

The project covers a landscape area of 3,350 square meters, with a theme inspired by the “Thirty Thousand Miles of Chang’an”. It reflects the prosperity of Chang’an as depicted in Li Bai’s poetry, blending Tang Dynasty history and culture with modern techniques to create an ideal living environment that embodies the essence of traditional Chinese elegance.
The front area, themed “Singing in the Pine Forest”, uses pine trees to define the urban edge, infusing the space with a bold, carefree, and romantic atmosphere that celebrates the grandeur of the past.
In contrast, the rear area features the gracefully natural Chinese tallow trees, evoking the tranquil and verdant beauty. Layered cascading water features create a relaxing and romantic woodland environment.
Materials used include Prada green luxury stone, Hermes gray marble, Fuding black granite, and champagne gold stainless steel. These selections, noted for their refined elegance and luxurious quality, are combined with exquisite details and dynamic light effects to create a poetic and sophisticated space. The design enhances the tranquility and joy of returning home, symbolizing a high quality of life for residents.
