Bolu Fenghua Masion, Chongqing

The project is located in Chongqing Airport New City, China. Designed with human needs in mind, it aims to create an emotional community, reshape social relationships, and create a new lifestyle.

It is surrounded by streams, forests, flowers, grassy hills, stars, and clouds, where families can experience happiness and nature together.



The design theme, “Life Within the Forest”, utilizes flowing green spaces and circular living areas to reshape social relationships and renew the future living experience. The spatial design centers on an integrated landscape, with the central courtyard lawn expanding outward to form three distinct landscape rings: the Central Lawn Ring, the Interaction Ring, and the Dynamic Health Ring. These rings are interconnected using a chain-link method, allowing each functional zone and activity space to be interwoven, forming a circular, shared community landscape.



The project incorporates Shougang’s standardized IP to create “interactive and shared” companion community life scenes where residents can enjoy a whole day of happiness.



The project primarily uses quartz bricks, permeable bricks, and colored concrete to balance the cost of ground paving. Its completion enriches the urban landscape, stimulates regional economic development, improves the block value system, and provides a reference for the creation of future living environments.
