Guoxian Mansion, located in the core area of Liangxiang University Town in Fangshan District, Beijing, covers an area of 4,713 square meters. It shows the minimalist aesthetic style of Chinese design, presenting the oriental concept of a “residence with an inner courtyard”. It continues the cultural heritage of the imperial capital, deeply rooted in tradition, linking the historical essence of the past with a bright future.

Guoxian Mansion infuses cultural significance into modern living scenes through the theme “A Dream of the Garden”, translating the grand landscapes of Song Dynasty gardens into modern design. It recreates the serene elegance of forest and spring with contemporary language, encapsulating the imperial capital's natural beauty within the urban forest. The design integrates nature into the city, using waterfalls, natural stones, ancient trees, and artworks as spiritual mediums, initiating a dialogue between time and space. It constructs a three-dimensional urban mountain and forest landscape through the order of courtyard spaces, transitioning between the real and the imagined, creating a multidimensional natural, artistic, and cultural aesthetic scene.
