Majestic Mansion, Zhengzhou

The project is located in Beilong Lake, Zhengzhou, bordered by the Weihe River to the north and Beilong Lake to the south, offering stunning river views and lush park greenery. Covering an area of approximately 44,482 square meters, the project inherits the rare mansion layout of Beilong Lake residence series and incorporates the style of Bvlgari hotels into ten villa living scenes. By creating a forest and a circular stream, it creates a Bvlgari-inspired forest retreat, providing urban elites with an all-weather, all-day, inclusive vacation living experience.



Design Style, Color, and Materials: The project features a high-end luxury resort hotel style, with a deep gray color palette accented by metallic details, highlighting a fashionable and luxurious mansion aesthetic. The flooring materials include Fuding black imitation stone tiles and Binzhou green imitation stone tiles, while the façade materials feature polished Angola black marble, blue eyes granite, and champagne gold metal.



Challenges: The landscape design needed to be integrated with the architectural and interior styles to ensure a cohesive indoor-outdoor experience. The community’s ground floor includes a public open space. The design team conducted an in-depth analysis of the indoor open floor’s functions, ensuring that adjacent landscape spaces have complementary or similar functionalities, allowing for a natural transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.



It offers an original high-end luxury hotel-style residential space, tailored to meet the urban elite’s demands for a superior living environment. It ensures that returning home feels like the start of a vacation, creating a serene urban retreat.



Sustainable Design: All designs were finalized in a single phase with no subsequent alterations, ensuring permanence. The sustainability of the materials was thoroughly considered to ensure long-term durability.
