GRANG OPUS

GRANG OPUS is located in the future urban development core of Nanjing South Station, adjacent to the South Station Central Park to the west and the Qinhuai River Ecological Green Corridor to the south, with superior natural and cultural resources. The project draws inspiration from the layout of Zhanyuan Garden and adopts a layered and progressive approach to courtyard space treatment, endowing each courtyard with a different landscape theme and creating unique forest aesthetic living scenes in the city based on forests.

The design is themed around the concept of "Urban Green Core, Enjoying Elegant Gardens", inspired by the elegant life scenes of ancient literati. It extracts the nine elegant things of literati and officials: appreciating stones, chasing water, playing the qin, seeking solitude, choosing wine, playing chess, playing, being healthy, and planting flowers. The project endows the nine courtyard spaces with different themes.Jinling Landscape showcases a high-end hotel style entrance that is both complex on the outside and tranquil on the inside.

The courtyard style living created by the 260 meter long core central landscape axis integrates contemporary poetic and relaxed living scenes, a garden style homecoming ceremony, and a progressively moving spatial scene of different scenery.Zhushuilin Garden perceives the natural atmosphere of the East, the modern art living room experiences contemporary luxury art life, and the flower garden perceives the garden scene of family gatherings and neighborhood socialization; Enjoy a healthy lifestyle package for all ages with a wellness parent-child garden and a vibrant energy field.

The designer takes inspiration from natural scenes such as forests, streams, light and shadow, and stone landscapes to search for natural scenery walls in memory and construct a nine elegant environment in urban forests.
