This project entails the development of a private house in a neo-classical style, incorporating soothing gray tones to establish a serene and inviting interior ambiance. To cater to the homeowner's fondness for Roman columns, the design team has creatively integrated this element as a decorative accent, fusing vintage charm with a contemporary flair. The addition of opulent gold-rimmed furniture and lighting further enhances the space, evoking the grandeur of a European-style palace. Moreover, in a bid to seamlessly harmonize the dwelling with modern living, the team has embraced a minimalist approach in the spatial layout, ensuring that practical functionality coexists with visual elegance, culminating in an optimal utilization of the floor space.
The entrance features a stunning marble-textured floor that is both visually appealing and designed to minimize tripping hazards. The foyer boasts a unique, geometrically spliced mirror that not only serves a practical purpose but also creates a whimsical and dreamy atmosphere. Moving into the living room, you'll be greeted with a sophisticated blend of pure white decor, accented by opulent gold-rimmed furniture and sparkling crystal chandeliers that exude a sense of understated luxury. The innovative integration of Roman columns into the wall structure adds a touch of elegance to the public spaces without compromising on space. To cater to residents' storage needs, a diverse range of cabinets provides ample storage space. In the primary suite, the elegant and cozy atmosphere continues with a seamless transition of the gray color scheme from the public spaces and the addition of warm, light brown wood grain materials. Furthermore, the bedroom closet is equipped with a space-saving, foldable mirror that enhances functionality and saves space by eliminating the need for a freestanding full-length mirror.
This project not only aims to create a one-of-a-kind living space but also prioritizes environmental sustainability. The design team has made significant changes to the lighting system, opting for energy-efficient LED lighting and implementing an intelligent system that adjusts light intensity based on natural light levels. This not only reduces energy consumption but also enhances the space's eco-friendly attributes.
