Located in the Beijing Golden Land Center, "Su Xiaoya" (Crispy Duckling), a private kitchen, is a restaurant that blends Huaiyang cuisine with Beijing-style roast duck. Its design incorporates the ceremonial axis of Beijing, cleverly merging the culture and artistic conception of Beijing and the south. Through color, light and shadow, and materials, it portrays an oriental aesthetic dining experience.
Without losing the calmness and thickness of Beijing, nor the elegance and poetry of the south, from the layout of the scene to the detailed depictions, it unfolds a spatial imagery rich in oriental charm, making people feel comfortable and delighted while dining.
