The project is located in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China. This 236㎡ villa is themed around "Italian-style luxury," creating a modern artistic home space that integrates art, culture, and design into everyday life. Every detail is completed to the standards of artisanal craftsmanship.
As you enter the foyer, the essence of classicism is distilled into a poetic blend of taste and luxury. The space experience combines uniqueness, nobility, quality, and luxury, allowing residents to enjoy a sense of ceremony every time they return home. The experience of a luxury hotel is integrated into daily life, creating a private lounge that combines social and leisure functions.
The first floor includes the living and dining areas, Chinese and Western kitchens, and a bathroom. Its open layout creates a seamless social space where guests can enjoy beautiful views, fine dining, warmth, and engaging conversations. The second floor comprises a living room, shared study, children's room, bathroom, and balcony. The third floor features the master bedroom, master living room, walk-in closet, bathroom, and balcony. The basement level serves as a communal space for the whole family, including a multifunctional family room, bar, motorcycle display area, and collectible zone. Natural light is maximized to create a sense of visual continuity in the limited space, fully showcasing the space's social attributes. The mezzanine level includes a maid's room, storage room, and fitness area.
The space is crafted with artisanal skill to carve out an exclusive area. The open design of the living and dining areas incorporates natural elements, reflecting a visual effect that is both elegant and rhythmic. The materials and color palette of the space are clean and fresh overall, with the use of stone and shadow wood veneer enhancing the quality of the space. The dark tones of black titanium stainless steel and black mirrors create a cohesive indoor atmosphere, while light blue and pale yellow furnishings add a dynamic touch, balancing stability with vibrant emotion and highlighting the space's elegance and quality.
