BAHELI

BAHELI is a Chaoshan beef hot pot restaurant with a design concept that revolves around a fresh, elegant atmosphere and a healthful dining style, aiming to fulfil the demand for nutritious food and refined dining settings.

The interior design ingeniously incorporates traditional architectural elements of 'Cuo,' representing a Chaoshan courtyard. This blend not only reflects regional cultural characteristics but also fosters a warm, homely ambience. Additionally, the design team draw the word 'He,' signifying family harmony in the brand name and combine it with the Chaoshan five-element mountain wall, creating five unique 'He'-shaped lamps, symbolizing a yearning for harmony and joy within the Chaoshan culture.

The spatial layout features a gourd-shaped structure, narrow on the exterior and wide within, offering a progressive exploration experience. The outer area employs a raised structure design with a transparent operating desk to create a striking visual impact, attracting customers to enter the restaurant. Narrow aisles are graced with mirrored roofs, extending the visual perspective and imparting a spacious and bright ambience.

Furthermore, the restaurant seamlessly connects with outdoor greenery through plants and distinct lamps, providing customers with an experience akin to being in a Chao-style courtyard, allowing them to relish the beauty of nature. The careful selection of colours and materials, such as serene wood tones, sleek rock panels, and vibrant red, black, and yellow hues, contributes to a rich sense of layers and modernity within the space.
