Xi‘an Greentown Jade Urban

The project is located in Xi'an, China. It covers an area of 1329㎡ and is divided into a sales space and a clubhouse. The sales area is themed "Gilded Jade," where the space is refined with time-polished jade, complemented by materials like marble and silver foil to create an exquisite environment. The clubhouse space is themed "Red Accents on Jade," where subtle touches of crimson accentuate the noble essence of jade, creating a unique experience. The underground light hall, themed "Jade of Timeless Years," features a starry ceiling with themed patterns resembling a moonlit night, where jade sparkles under the night sky, offering a distinctive homecoming experience. The public area, themed "Pure and Jade-Like," maintains a clean and transparent atmosphere, like flawless jade, providing a serene living experience.

High-quality materials such as marble, translucent marble, and wood veneers are selected to create a rich visual texture through contrasting and blending these materials. Design details are showcased in elements like screens, wall sconces, wall textures, floor patterns, and metal accents, merging traditional and modern styles to infuse the space with irreplaceable visual symbols and a sense of quality.

The ceremonial reception hall features an integrated design where the rhythm and flow of the space and lighting convey a sequential sense of ceremony. By breaking the boundaries of conventional living spaces, the design embraces an open and interactive concept, creating a modern, multifunctional space that combines leisure, exercise, socializing, and business.

The project also includes a variety of spaces such as the Casual Conversation Room, Tranquil Walkway, Quiet Reading Platform, Garden Tea Pavilion, and Vibrant Sports Arena, seamlessly integrating diverse life scenes into the clubhouse space. These spaces meet the multifunctional needs of the area, creating a tranquil and poetic community lifestyle where residents can find peace and comfort amidst the bustling urban rhythm.
