Upon entering, customers are greeted by a large electronic welcome screen that captures their attention with animations, music, and rewards, setting the tone for an engaging experience. Interactive zones throughout the store invite exploration, allowing customers to discover the versatility of Kevlin products in diverse environments, from urban landscapes to outdoor adventures. Touchscreens and augmented reality enhance the experience by providing a deeper understanding of the products' capabilities, fostering a connection with Kevlin's philosophy of a healthy, active lifestyle.
The spatial design extends beyond the conventional retail layout. The store features unique themed zones such as the Desert Hot Wind Zone, where warm air and cavernous designs simulate a desert environment, and the Arctic Damp Zone, where cold air and ice installations showcase Kevlin's weather-resistant materials. A digital interactive experience zone further immerses customers, transporting them to virtual landscapes that visualize various try-on scenarios.
Designed for both functionality and engagement, the first and second floors incorporate areas dedicated to gamification, digital dressing experiences, and live e-sports streaming, along with a Sky-high Tea Lounge that offers a relaxing break amid the interactive activities.
