The Floral Bay · Ningbo Villa Design is a contemporary masterpiece that seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics, offering a sophisticated living environment. This upper-level stacked villa introduces the innovative "box integration" concept, deconstructs the traditional living room layout, and artfully combines curved staircases with vertical plant walls. The result is a vibrant, layered space that feels both youthful and refined, catering to the modern lifestyle.

The villa’s living area breaks away from conventional designs by eliminating the traditional living room setup, instead centering the space around an oversized water bar. This water bar serves as the focal point for social interaction, making the space feel more open and dynamic. Behind it, a multifunctional storage cabinet integrated with a partial plant wall enhances both the aesthetic and practical aspects of the space. The ground floor room has been opened up and transformed into a cozy mini-theater, harmoniously connected with the curved staircase and the curved exterior wall, creating a fluid movement through the space while adding an artistic touch.

The overall design achieves a delicate balance between functionality and aesthetics. The deconstructed living room layout increases spatial efficiency and encourages social interaction. Key design elements like the oversized water bar, curved staircase, and plant walls not only fulfill functional needs but also elevate the visual appeal of the villa.

The entryway adopts the "box integration" concept, designed as a semi-open space that enhances functionality while adding layers and privacy. The combination of walnut tones with light chestnut-colored artistic paint in the rooms reflects a youthful yet sophisticated style. The deep, rich walnut adds a sense of solidity, while the light chestnut brings a refreshing vitality, striking a balance that resonates with the aesthetic preferences of modern young homeowners.

The villa’s color palette and material choices are primarily based on light chestnut-toned artistic paint paired with black wood veneers, creating a warm yet modern atmosphere. The soft and inviting chestnut tones complement the depth and contemporary feel of the black wood, resulting in a harmonious blend that imparts both texture and a sleek modern vibe to the space.
