Youku Shengshi by Space Matrix

Youku Shengshi, a Beijing-based gaming industry trailblazer, has experienced meteoric growth fueled by its innovative approach and exceptional game development. In just three years, the company's workforce has expanded tenfold, necessitating a new headquarters.
In this project we created a workspace that not only accommodates their rapid growth but also elevates the employee experience. By prioritizing comfort, well-being, and diversity, the goal is to attract and retain top talent. Moreover, given the owner's passion for art and their existing exhibition space, the design challenged the conventional gaming office stereotypes. This project represents the opportunity to craft a truly exceptional environment that embodies the company's unique aesthetic and artistic vision.
