Taihu Xuyuan Mansion

The design of the "Taihu Xuyuan Mansion" hotel masterfully integrates the essence of China's 5,000-year-old silk culture, using ancient artifacts and carefully curated spaces to evoke emotions and memories of historical changes. The design incorporates the unique characteristics of Huzhou's "land of fish and rice," featuring curved "pond" ceilings and sculptures of swimming fish, offering guests a unique dining experience reminiscent of being immersed in a mulberry fish pond. The walls are adorned with custom silk wallpaper that replicates abstract patterns of the pond water systems, complemented by decorative fishing boats, vividly recreating the life scenes of the Jiangnan water towns. From the top to the bottom floors, the wave-like wall design runs throughout, simulating the visual effect of rippling water, guiding guests to fully immerse themselves in the gentle culture of the water towns.
