In this stage design, we introduced an innovative three-layer vertical stage concept and achieved a floating effect to create a stunning visual element. Through meticulous planning, we minimized and optimized the stage area, eliminating unnecessary layers and ensuring a seamless integration of the LED screens on the stage floor and vertical surfaces. This design not only enhances the naked-eye 3D visual effect but also successfully achieves the artistic impact we envisioned.
To address the challenge of heavy stage equipment, we implemented various measures to reduce the overall weight of the stage design. For instance, we utilized lighter LED screens, more compact lighting fixtures, and an all-aluminum alloy framework. These improvements not only enhanced the portability of the equipment but also ensured stability during performances.
Additionally, considering the venue’s average load limits, especially the issue of concentrated weight in the center of the stage, we worked closely with structural engineers to develop an optimal structural rigging solution. This ensured that the weight was evenly distributed and resolved the technical challenges.
After three years of iterative refinement, evolving from the initial concept design—a giant ship in motion—to the final floating stage, our design philosophy has continually evolved. In the Shenzhen performance, the stage design transitioned from the "ship" imagery to the "stacked layers" concept, showcasing our unwavering commitment to artistic pursuit.
