Zhongshen Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park

The project of Zhongshen Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park(Bay Area Future Science and Technology City) is located in the south of the west landing point of the Shenzhen-China Passage of Saddle Island, Cuiheng New District, Zhongshan City, with Nansha of Guangzhou in the north, Hengqin of Zhuhai in the south, Qianhai of Shenzhen in the east, and the hinterland of western Guangdong in the west. This project is an industrial linkage and integration demonstration cooperation project invested by Shenzhen-China state-owned assets platform. It is invested and constructed by Shenzhen-China (Guangdong) High-tech Industrial Park Development Co., LTD., which is jointly established by Zhongshan Cuiheng Group Co., LTD and Shenye Group Co., LTD., two state-owned enterprises. The total construction area of the project is about 383,000 square meters, including the basement floor. The ground contains 16 office buildings ranging from 2 to 31 floors, dormitories and research and development design buildings. Relying on the Shenzhen-China Corridor and convenient transportation environment, the project will narrow the distance between the project and the cities in the Bay Area, save time and economic costs, and strive to build a new benchmark for "industrial chain reconstruction, value enhancement and innovation chain improvement" in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
