New Generation of Dali

With emphasis on the combination of users, architecture, and the environment, this project is rooted in the concept of integrating productivity, ecological protection, and quality of life.
To meet the needs of surrounding commercial and office facilities and other production activities, the design considers the flexibility of space use based on the stress-relief urban planning concept of the redevelopment area. We offer similar numbers of 2 to 4-room properties in response to the living needs of the future diverse labor force. Emphasizing the harmonious symbiosis with the natural environment, we keep the fertile original soil layer of the site to plant native tree species and large arbors, creating a forest as a natural recreational space with a 31% building coverage ratio and high green coverage.
As we take the living comfort and health of residents seriously, we use a balcony measuring three meters in depth to reduce the high temperature in Kaohsiung’s burning hot weather, building a comfortable indoor living environment and facilitating urban microclimate regulation.
These humane designs help create a sustainable and high-quality architectural environment, achieving a harmonious symbiosis between humans and nature.
